Scooter’s Coffee

I'm a regular at this location, alongside the sycamore and Bahanson one, but I will not be returning to this location. The last few times I've been there, trying to give it a chance, I always get the same thing the same way, but the quality has dropped drastically. Giant ice pieces, inconsistent taste, and general lower quality than the others. Today, I asked for them to remake the drink because it was not blended enough (giant ice pieces throughout), and the girl working the window around 10:30 today, blonde hair in a ponytail, was a bit rude and seemed annoyed that I even asked for it to be fixed. To top it off, she was speaking badly about it to a coworker before handing back the new drink. Which was missing a lot of the actual drink. Ordered a large and got the equivalent of a shorted medium. Will not be returning. Edit: Decided to try this location one last time after owner reply. NEVER again. God awful service, drinks were NOT made right. The girl working the counter this morning didn't know what came on the drink, had nothing but a rude tone, and acted as if I had offended and annoyed her with asking for the drink to be made right. Got the usual fruit cream duo, asked for double blended on smoothie setting to make sure it was fully blended. Got handed a regular fruit smoothie, missing the whip and fruit, that was barely half blended and had huge ice chunks. Handed it back and asked about the whip, and she just rolled her eyes and said that I was wrong and that it was fine. Didn't think the service could get any worse, but here we are.

It has been a while since I've been inside this location and I'm loving the remodel! The patio option is awesome. The drinks were made quickly. The gal taking our order was able to answer our questions about 3 very different drinks so it was helpful in deciding what we wanted to order.

They don't fill the cup all the way at this location. Customers pay for it, fill it up. Otherwise, the taste is good and service is fast. Update: 01/12/2024 Still the same thing, see pictures. I did not sip on it at all before talking those pictures. That's exactly how I got the coffee. A little over one inch from the top not filed. Might have to try Dunn Bros again. Last few times they filed my cup all the way and the price is the same as scooters.

I think the photo speaks for itself. Like why? Update (02/12/2022) This location seriously just needs to clean house. The customer service is just awful. First the sand-which and then today I needed to call in an order for pick up and the girl was so put out that she had to write my order down. I get it we live in a world where apps rule how companies do business. I would rather oder online through an app. She was so snappy and wasn't listen to me and so i snapped back at her. I am worried that she may have spit in my drink now. I love Scooters coffee, but the employees at this location hate doing their job. Scooter please develop an online ordering system.
