Great atmosphere, very beautiful and clean. Came here for brunch for the first time. Very welcoming staff and great service. Will was a star serving our table. The manager quickly fills in gaps like a team player. The food was very delicious, much better than I expected. Plenty of healthy options and options for the little ones also. Self-service bottomless coffee station with a variety of options is actually great. Enjoyed our visit.
Food was great! The flavors of everything were very balanced and they have an option for everyone. Prices are a bit high for what your getting, but in my opinion when you go to these places your paying for the experience & environment. If your looking for the same type of food for less, go to first watch. Otherwise this is great for those that don’t mind spending an average of $55 for 2 people (drinking water only)
1/21/26 My husband and I came here for brunch. We were able to come in and get seated immediately and this was around noon. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was very pleasant and spacious, modern with a contemporary twist. I ordered the waffle grilled cheese with the artichoke tomato soup and my husband ordered the omelette you can’t refuse. Both turned out to be very delicious and filling. My waffle shaped grilled cheese, had such a delicious and long cheese pulled and impaired very nicely with the artichoke tomato soup. They offer unlimited self serve coffee that comes with filtered water and various creams. I would definitely come back here in the future and recommend this place to anyone local looking for a unique and healthy and affordable café.
Ecstatic Cafe Patachou came to Lexington! Must try the Ricotta scrambled eggs and one of their French Omelettes, Hippie with a Benz with Arugula and a side of Avocado is my favorite. They have GREAT gluten free bread and options. They are very careful and label everything with a flag. Really enjoy the self serve and bottomless coffee bar. Cinnamon toast is an excellent staple.
Excellent food and service at the opening weekend. The house coffee is good, and both of our dishes (chilaquiles and McKenzie omelet with breakfast potatoes and cinnamon toast) were flavorful and well cooked. Service was friendly and attentive. This is a great spot for a more upscale breakfast/brunch.
