Crema's Take

Stepping into The English Rose Tea Room feels like being transported to a countryside cottage, where mismatched wooden furniture, floral china, and thoughtful décor create an atmosphere that's both cozy and sophisticated. Beyond the exceptional scones and rotating seasonal tea selection, what truly sets this spot apart is how the gracious staff and charming ambiance make every visit feel like a cherished ritual rather than just a coffee run—it's the kind of place that keeps guests coming back specifically to experience the warmth of the space itself.

The English Rose Tea Room is a total delight. I have been several times and the service food, and atmosphere is outstanding. I love going just to see the decorations. She truly has the best scones. If you have not been you need to go and have tea.

This is the cutest gem!!! The tea is wonderful, the snacks and food are delicious, the place is clean and charming. Everything about this is an absolute win!! I can understand fully why it's reservation only, but making one is easy. I've been here twice with a good friend and I'm super excited to go back!

This was such a cute experience!! The ladies there are so sweet and personable; the tea menu is simple and delicious. Plus, they have seasonal teas as well!!! Would definitely go back. It was cool to see everyone dressed up with their tea hats!!! It's small and intimate but I think that's what adds to the atmosphere!!

Gosh, I enjoyed this place! The sense of place is beautifully achieved: the mismatched wooden furniture, the floral china, the wall decor, the hats, it's all there. There are so many lovely teas to choose from, you are sure to want to return. If you come for High Tea, 1. be sure to make a reservation. 2. Come hungry. The amount of wondrous things that come on their High Tea service is quite generous. Bring a group of friends, don't be in a hurry. Enjoy this indulgent taste of English aristocracy. Pop into the bathroom and choose from the marvelous heap of fancy hats. Go ahead, make it extra fun. The mother daughter team that run this little gem create something particularly special. Sherry will great you with that warmth of a favorite aunt with a gift for hospitality and making you feel special. Her daughter creates such an array of tasty and beautiful options. The most day I went, the two scones were a coconut and a lemon blueberry. The Devonshire cream is perfection. Allow yourself some time to read the full page tea menu—so many that sound so good. Choosing is not easy.

Entering in I felt transported to a different place and time. The atmosphere is cozy and sophisticated in a charming way. Pricing was fair for the amount of tea and food you received. So many tea options from fruit, herb, black, and seasonal flavors. Sherry, the owner, was kind and fun. I loved hearing her story of opening the tea room. Check in on their Facebook page for fun events year round!
