Nako

Crema's Take
“Nako is a charming neighborhood gem tucked into Brooklyn Heights that feels like a local secret, complete with beautifully crafted ceramic mugs designed by the owner's wife and a genuine warmth that starts with the owner himself taking your order. Their espresso-based drinks, especially the cappuccino and signature Nako latte, showcase careful technique and quality beans, while the inviting outdoor seating and unhurried vibe make it the kind of place where you'll want to linger with your coffee and conversation. It's the rare Brooklyn café that prioritizes real cups over disposables and authentic hospitality over hustle.”

A beautiful cafe with limited assortment of pastries. The matcha loaf was a bit too sweet which overpowered delicate matcha taste. The service could be faster. But the ambiance and seating is so nice, I hoped for years taht someone opens a cafe in this corner of Brooklyn Heights. And finally it is there!
Ive had the cappuccino, iced nako latte, and olive oil cake. All were VERY delicious. All of the staff are super nice, and the atmosphere was very inviting. I will be visiting every time i visit brooklyn
Loved our lattes at this beautiful cafe! Got vegan donuts from next door and had outdoor seating. Owner was taking our order. Beautiful mugs and free stickers are made by his wife. Presentation and atmosphere was 10/10.
I had a cappuccino at Nako coffee today and it was absolutely amazing.I love how they serve their drinks in real cups instead of plastic — something you don’t see very often in nyc. The staff were so friendly and kind :) The place has a calm, cozy vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing, or getting some work done. I’ll definitely be coming here more often!!
One of the happiest little life moments—stumbling upon a cozy neighborhood café completely by chance. Tucked away on a quiet street in the historic Brooklyn Heights and right next to the famous Cloudy Donuts, I was instantly drawn to Nako by its clean, minimalist aesthetic. It turns out they just opened their doors four months ago. In a city overflowing with aesthetic cafes, Nako has already won me over. They serve artisan coffee and pour-overs using quality beans. The gorgeous handmade ceramic mugs to the beautifully poured latte art genuinely made me smile. *Nako Latte $7 I got their signature Nako Latte, a latte infused with cardamom syrup and made with a special house milk blend (mix of whole and cashew milk). It was lightly sweet and subtly spiced—I'll definitely get this again. *Mint Lemon Iced Tea $5 Very minty—perfect if you're a fan! My boyfriend really loved this one. Refreshing and bold, especially on a warm day.
