Journey Polk Street Coffee

If you’re staying in downtown Amarillo (and you should)and you like coffee; go to Journey. The coffee is great. I had cappuccino and the flavor is amazing. Great staff and good food too.

I got an Ethiopian single origin pour over and it was great! I noticed they have gotten an X bloom automatic machine to make the pour over. I generally prefer Manuel, but it was cool to have a coffee made by the machine as I have never had it before. Also, I got the jalapeño spinach quiche and that was super tasty. Staff is really friendly!

My wife and I stay in Downtown Amarillo a couple of times a year for work. We are so happy to learn that there's a new and reliable coffee shop. Noah and his crew were kind and welcoming. The coffee in itself was really great! We are by no means experts but we do like our daily cup of joe... this one hit the mark! We definitely will be back and take advantage of their punch card.

Great coffee! Very relaxing atmosphere as well. We came around 2 pm as we were just walking around the downtown area. It was quiet and could be a great spot to get some work done if you want to get out of the office / home office.

We got two of their “really good caramel” lattes and they were in fact really good. We aren’t sure but it tastes like they make their own caramel. Their service was great, very friendly employees!
