I discovered this place completely by accident and it turned out to be such a great find. I initially planned to just grab a coffee and go, but the atmosphere was so inviting that I ended up staying to enjoy it. Great coffee and a lovely vibe — I can definitely see this becoming my new regular coffee spot.
Genuinely a great place within walking distance from the surrounding neighborhoods. Lovely staff, great coffee and the furniture arrangement is great for spending time reading or working on projects. The high ceilings make it feel open, yet the nooks with the surrounding greenery let you feels cozy. Only downside for me personally, is that the kitchen closes at 2:00pm. So be aware of that if you like to sleep in late.
You have to try this amazing coffee shop! I’m so happy it’s just around the corner. Every time I drove by, I told myself I needed to stop in, but my busy schedule never really allowed it—until today. I finally had a few minutes to spare and decided to treat myself, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and quiet, almost zen-like. I love the abundance of plants throughout the space—it genuinely feels like you’re traveling abroad. There are so many cozy, semi-private seating areas with super comfortable chairs. You can sit with a view of the street or turn slightly and enjoy the sleek, modern interior. I ordered a caramel macchiato, a Danish croissant, and an American coffee, and everything was absolutely delicious. As a bonus, if you follow them on Instagram, you get a 15% discount, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. I will definitely be back with my toddler to try the ice cream 😆. They also offer chips and bakery items. I noticed a nice mix of people—students studying, others chatting and socializing—which added to the welcoming vibe. I really hope this place stays around for a long time because it’s truly adorable and cozy. The customer service is laid-back and friendly, making the whole experience even better.
I came to check out the place, since we were around the area. It’s very spacious and greenery 🌱🍃🌿. I like their decoration, especially they grouped the seats area, so it’s does not feel overwhelming with the crowd. It was busy when i got there, almost every table and seats were taken. 💯 point for services, the staffs were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I wanted matcha Affogato, but they do not have that in the menu, i asked about that, and he (the one at the register) were very kind to offer me that they can switch the espresso ☕️ with the matcha 🍵, so I can have the “matcha affogato”. That 💯 for customers services. They gave us the number, and the staff personally bring the order to our table. They keep good contract of where we seated, even-though we seated further in the corner, and behind all the plants. Unfortunately the drinks were very sweet, and the affogato did not came in glass cup or mug, the ice cream and the matcha were already “together” in the togo cup. Their matcha were indeed “sweetened matcha”, since both of our drinks were ordered “none sweet”, but still came out very sweet. It just too sweet for our liking, so we were unable to drink it. I wish their matcha were a little bit better, but it’s can’t be help since it’s absolutely were not their strength. Overall the customer services and vibe made us feel better, eventhough our drinks were not touch after the first sip.
My first time at Kona Reserve Coffee on West Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The moment I walked in, the cafe had warm, laid back Hawaiian vibes, natural wood, plenty of plants, and a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered their recommended signature drink - Aloha Latte (cold) and it was excellent. The espresso was smooth, the white chocolate and macadamia nut flavors were balanced, and the drink was perfectly chilled. The shop highlights that their beans are sourced from Kona, Hawaii, and local coverage confirms they focus on high quality, fresh roasted coffee. The staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely courteous. Seating is comfortable and the environment works well whether you are meeting friends or getting some quiet work done. This was an impressive first visit and I highly recommend the place to anyone in the Cypress area looking for great specialty coffee. I will definitely return.
