Crema's Take

Kneads Bakeshop & Café wins hearts with genuinely excellent customer service and a cozy neighborhood vibe, though consistency in the kitchen seems to be a work in progress. Their espresso drinks—particularly the creative seasonal options like the Roasted Marshmallow Hot Latte—are clearly a strength, and the pastry case appeals to both the eye and the palate, making it a solid spot for a quality coffee and sweet treat despite the occasionally uneven food execution.

Absolutely terrible. Incredibly overpriced and underwhelming. Ordered the Tuna Melt. Bread was not toasted at all. The ingredients had no flavor at all. It all just tasted like flavorless wet mush. If you’re gonna charge $10 you can get away with it but if you’re gonna charge $20 for a sandwich then you better come correct and bring it.

I had the winter squash salad and loved it. Hot latte was well made. This location is a little too small but the employees were great.

Ordered food from this location today on Uber Eats. They completely left out my son's oatmeal bowl and my entree was supposed to have a side of fruit and they also completely left it out. My eggs were supposed to be sunny side up and they prepared them over easy. My husband's dish the egg was all broken and messy. This completely ruined our breakfast. I would not recommend ordering food from this location. This egg dish I pictured (missing the fruit with eggs cooked wrong completely unsalted) was OVER $20. I was previously a frequent customer of kneads but I guess the quality has gone way downhill.

1st time here, Came to get some sweet treats and some bread...the Blueberry cheesecake and Stawberry cheesecake was delish a little on the pricey side. The Jalapeño bread was not on the hot side but good. Service was fine. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Will have to come back and Try their Birista bar and other treats. So if in the area try them out. 2nd visit for Lunch: Tuna sandwich, Green Line snack(fried Green tomatoes )and Apple Danish all well prepared and delish

Outstanding customer service! The displays were appealing. We ordered - Roasted Marshmallow Hot Latte, which was good. Brisket, Gruyère Cheese, and Eggs on a Croissant was alright, albeit not pretty. I'd order again if I were in the area for a quick breakfast.
