Baskin Robins

I can’t even believe the service, or lack thereof, my daughter and I just received at this location. No management on site, only rude incompetent employees.

This place is absolutely disgusting.... First off I wanted to say the lady that served me gave me the waffle cone that was in the display and it tasted like it was literally a week old It disintegrated in my hands I went back in and asked for a refund I don't recommend this place at all I'm just trying to save you the trouble and make sure you check your waffle cone before you drive off because it's probably going to be stale

Very poor customer service went inside for ice cream and the cashier was very rude would not give is the ice-cream cone until we paid for it asking other employees to hold are cones as if we where going to run with it on top of it my waffle cone had a paper inside the cone i almost chewed disgusting place i do not recommend this place at all.

The lady at the window was very nice and friendly but their donuts are awful I had to go back because I ordered Boston cream they were hard definitely not fresh I went back through asked if I could please have some fresh ones if they had them not to be rude I apologize for which I should not had to because the donuts were definitely not fresh or they were way over baked but I guess it's a good thing at Great Wolf Lodge they have a Baskin-Robbins inside of their hotel I so fell in love with these Donuts so I guess it's a good thing the location on Morse Road truly disappointed when it came to their donuts I won't be returning it's probably a good thing but again the young lady at the window was very nice I did apologize for being that person but I did pay for the donuts and I got donuts that were not fresh at all

On the odd times that I have gotten what I want it was good. I’ve driven 10 miles to this store (to get Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream) three different times this Summer. Once they had no chocolate ice cream-a staple. The other 2 times they told me they had closed the ice cream section. Today, when they turned me away a third time, they told me that while they advertise that they are open until 9 PM, they actually close the ice cream section 30 minutes prior to closing in order to clean. So if you Google their hours and it says they’re open until nine they are unless you want ice cream. They fail to advertise that part. I’m so frustrated that if I did not have a gift card to stand, I would not go back.
