Zen Coffee - One Pacific Place

Note after owner Abby’s response : friendly staff aside, it’s just a personal taste mismatch:) The staff was very kind and accommodating, and the drive thru location was convenient!! The original drinks were underwhelming after coming up from KC and hearing this place was the best coffee in Omaha, and staff was very nice about remaking them for us. However, I was uncomfortable with how the remake was handled..our drinks were taken back inside out of our line of sight with the window closed rather than being remade fresh. That’s not something I’ve personally experienced at other coffee shops, and it took away from the experience for me. Ultimately, it just wasn’t the right fit for my preferences. I’ve heard the sit down locations are more consistent with flavor!

I really like Zen coffee but for the price and all the extras my drink is like almost 10 bucks. Lately the line is so long I have to go somewhere else. They don’t have great breakfast food items other than pastries at the pacific location. Pistachio white mocha is the best drink in my opinion.

Great coffee but almost every time I come to this location they are out of oat milk which is disappointing as I’m lactose intolerant and all other dairy free milks are not the thickness I’m looking for in a latte. I’ve walked away multiple times without ordering due to being out of items

They’re way too expensive and the quality is not worth the price. And seriously- those straws are THE WORST. I love supporting local businesses but it’s a little ridiculous how much they charge. Service is sub par and they always expect a tip. I get it but when your coffee is $8+, that’s getting a little out of hand. I decided to stop going to Zen simply because the price and lackluster service. This is for the drive thru location. Maybe the others are better, I’m not sure.

I like the other location of zen coffee so I thought I would give this location a try. This is a drive through, I got the matcha and caramel latte. They both weren’t that good.
