Crema's Take

Tucked within the Bellagio's elegant lobby, this patisserie transforms a simple coffee stop into an experience worth savoring, especially under the stunning Chihuly glass ceiling that makes every visit feel a little more special. Their lattes are consistently smooth and reliable, but the real star is the theater of it all—oversized Nutella crepes, beautiful pastry cases, and an atmosphere that feels more like a Parisian escape than a Vegas casino café. Regulars rave about returning day after day for the croissants and almond milk lattes, drawn back by genuinely friendly staff and the kind of unhurried, sit-a-while vibe that's increasingly rare.

Two of my favorite things to do in Vegas is visit the beautiful Bellagio gardens and have dessert at the Bellagio Patisserie. The cafe offers so many scrumptious desserts. As usual It was hard to choose, but we decided on the raspberry tart. It was delicious, crisp cookie crust, creamy vanilla custard and tart juicy raspberries with sparkly gold balls. Such a delight treat.

We ate here for almost every day during our stay in Vegas. Latte with almond milk was always perfect, also pastries here are wonderful, especially plain croissant. Staff were always super friendly. The only thing I’m concerned about, that smoked salmon had a strange smell and didn’t feel good after eating it at the last day. The average price for the breakfast with 1 coffee, 1 smoked salmon plate and 2-3 pastries was 55$

We visited the Bellagio Patisserie & Lobby to see the Christmas botanical display, chocolate fountain, and rooftop. The space was very impressive and beautiful, especially the Chihuly glass ceiling. The holiday garden was elegant and festive, and the chocolate fountain is iconic — though we expected it to feel bigger in person. The fountain is a record-setting installation (over 25 ft tall and once certified the world’s largest), but its scale is easier to appreciate up close than from a distance.

The display cases here are beautiful, I’m definitely eyeing the pumpkin spice yogurt for my next visit! For this trip, we just grabbed coffee. It hit the spot and was a smooth brew, but heads-up on the cost since prices weren't posted: two regular coffees (there is only one size) came out to $14.53 after tax and tip.

Bellagio Patisserie is pure dessert theater. We stopped in for the Nutella crepe with strawberries and it was enormous, easily shareable, and exactly what you want on vacation. The crepe itself was thin and tender, the Nutella generous without being cloying, and the strawberries tasted fresh and crisp, not the sad, mushy berries you sometimes get with crepes in busy hotels. Every bite had that perfect mix of warm, chocolatey hazelnut and bright, juicy fruit. The whole space feels like a pastry playground, with glossy cakes, macarons, and gelato all lined up, and the famous Bellagio chocolate fountain flowing nearby, which has actually been recognized as one of the largest chocolate fountains in the world. It is a fun stop before or after wandering through the Conservatory, and it definitely delivers on the “Vegas dessert” moment without feeling gimmicky. If you love Nutella and strawberries, this crepe should be on your Bellagio list. Portions are huge, flavors are spot on, and it is the kind of dessert you keep thinking about as you walk back through the casino.
