I usually come here, but today will be my last time. We got there at 8:20 PM and they close at 9, but both employees made it very obvious through their attitude and facial expressions that they didn’t want to serve us when we came in. One of the girls was sweeping really aggressively and almost hit my feet with the broom and made us feel unwelcome when there was still time before closing. Customers shouldn’t feel like a problem for coming during business hours. Really disappointing.

Feng Cha Tea absolutely nailed it. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and made exactly right. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. What really stood out though was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find a place where you feel that appreciated as a customer. Great atmosphere, amazing drinks, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I just have to tell the owners of this establishment, Miss.Iman has never disappointed me. Of all the drinks I've tried in this chain of stores, this girl is the best. She deserves recognition because she demonstrates that she is very professional in everything she does—and I mean EVERYTHING! Her kind, gentle, and polite service is not found just anywhere. Iman, you're doing a great job! 🙏

I paid a steep $7.50 for a boba drink with less ice and cheese foam on the side. Despite asking for less ice, the cup was significantly underfilled. Paying such a premium price for an order only to have the cup not even filled up is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of portion control. While the drink's flavor was fine, the overall experience was overshadowed by the incredibly poor value. I cannot recommend this shop based on this price-to-volume issue.

Been coming to Feng Cha (Cypress location) almost every week to get boba drinks ever since they opened. It’s addicting! I’m lactose intolerant and the manager kindly informed me they actually use lactose-free milk so I wouldn’t have to worry about that. The staff always has a smile on their faces and my drinks always come out fast. So glad this place is close to home and I would definitely recommend!
