Crema's Take
“Keagan's Coffee is a genuine neighborhood gem just outside Grand Lake State Park where thoughtful espresso work meets real hospitality—families and solo travelers alike rave about the quality of their lattes, specialty drinks like dirty chais, and fresh-roasted beans available to take home. Whether you're grabbing a quick cortado before the road or settling in with a brown sugar cinnamon pastry, this spot delivers that rare combination of serious coffee craft and the kind of warmth that makes you want to support local.”

I'll start with I don't normally make reviews like this, but man was this coffee disappointing. We went on our mom and daughter vaca, we noticed a cute little coffee ship coming into town and love to support small businesses, we ordered a brown sugar iced latte, black coffee and a London fog, so a little of everything except food. When I say we literally could not drink any of these. Absolutely horrible. I'm not positive if it was the lake water to blame here but every one of these drinks went to the trash after 1 drink. $18 straight down the drain. Also service was very bleak and unwelcoming.
This place is a gem! Our family of four (two teens) all loved it! We had the lattes, hot chocolate and ices mocha latte. All the drinks were great! I'm excited to try their fresh roasted coffee at home. We had the breakfast burrito (amazing) and the famous pop tart pastries (delicious and filling). Go support this local business! You will not be disappointed.
Nice little coffee shop near Grand Lake State Park Bernice tent area. We realized our first morning camping we didn’t bring coffee beans 😅 but we love trying new places and supporting local businesses! Keagan himself took our order and made our coffee. He and the other 2 employees were welcoming, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. We got a spicy Canadian and a vanilla bourbon latte which were both very good. The homemade poptarts are incredible!! The chocolate croissant was also very very good! All made from scratch in house. Overall, excellent experience and I’d highly recommend!
This place is seriously amazing. We decided to stop here for coffee and breakfast and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered a green tea, mocha, dirty chai, brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts and a blueberry muffin — all were great! Keagan chatted with us for a while and explained that his wife made all of the adorable pottery for sale on the back wall! We will be coming here again!
Keagan’s was the perfect spot for our pre road-trip fix! We were able to get large drinks for the road but he also has amazing espresso for cortados or other drinks! The pastries were very tasty and the conversation on all the housemade goodness that he puts into the shop was amazing! The space was small but creates a cozy small town feel, perfect for a great start to your day. Our favorites were the cortado and the Maple Cream Coldbrew, there was also food options that we didn’t get to try!
