Crema's Take

This intimate Northborough café captures that elusive French bistro feeling with genuine warmth, soft music, and a thoughtfully curated menu that ranges from delicate crepes and apple tarts to satisfying breakfast fare and chai lattes. The space feels intentionally designed for lingering—whether you're settling in with your laptop, meeting a friend, or simply soaking in the peaceful, homey atmosphere that makes locals keep coming back. It's the kind of place where you can tell someone genuinely loves what they're doing, creating something refreshingly authentic amid a sea of chain cafés.

Quiet and calm little cafe that feels very homey and peaceful. I greatly enjoy stopping by every now and again when I can to grab a chai and sandwich. Very delicious simple food, great drinks, friendly staff. Perfect for a short break from the world outside.

I had the pleasure of having lunch here last weekend. We walked into the front door and noticed immediately the warm, inviting atmosphere. There were people eating in groups, with loved ones or alone. There was chatting and laughter and a couple of people appeared to be working. I ordered a wrap with turkey and pecans in it and it was delicious! On the way out, I purchased two big gingerbread men cookies. They came with frosting and jimmies so you could decorate them yourself. I will be back!

You get the feeling that this is the real version of a lot of fake chain restaurants. Someone really loves this place. I got an apple tart and it came apart in perfect little bite sized sections in my hands, and then I had butternut squash and apple soup and it tasted real like it was made with wine and homemade stock and I had a turkey and cranberry and bacon sandwich and that was about all I could eat. I was still in my pajamas from the night before but it was comfortable and everyone was relaxed and polite. This is the kind of place where nothing bad could ever happen to anyone.

Very good food, ordered a sweet crepe with eggs and bacon. Great atmosphere, would absolutely return. Only feedback is that you charge $6.50 for THREE strips of bacon?? Thats diabolical.
