Cargo Cafe - Paseo Del Mar

Went in for a quick coffee break and ended up staying longer than planned. The place has a relaxed vibe, not too loud, not too quiet, which I liked. I ordered a regular latte and a blueberry muffin. Coffee tasted fresh and wasn’t overly bitter, pretty well balanced. The muffin was warm and not dry, which is always a plus. Staff seemed friendly enough, they didn’t rush anyone even though it was kinda busy. Seating was comfortable and clean, good spot to sit and get some work done or just chill. Overall, a solid coffee shop I wouldn’t mind coming back to.

We had a wonderful experience at Cargo! We ordered an iced coffee, the Zen Salad, and the Baha Salad both were excellent, with super fresh vegetables and very tasty dressings. Everything was fresh, balanced, and refreshing. The coffee was great and the atmosphere was lovely. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

This lovely cafe just launched a new menu and the items are so delicious! I was able to try both their Baja bowl with chicken, and also a southwest chicken wrap, and both were delicious and glad to have options that left me feeling full without being heavy. There is lots of outdoor seating and some indoor as well, and drink options that look great to try on a future visit.

Love their coffee and decided to try their breakfast bowl. But this is what happened today…. 1. Placed my order for pick up. I show up 7 minutes after the pick up time but it wasn’t even ready because apparently my ticket never printed for the kitchen. 2. Finally get my order and when I get back into the office I noticed they forgot my protein. (They did offer a gift card for the rushed job) 3. Please look at the questionable color on the eggs. For it almost being $20 I’m super disappointed.

We stopped in for some coffee and absolutely loved the folks who helped us, as well as the beverages and pastries we got. Very nice space, and again, the drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back! Great work, thanks for being here!
