Crema's Take
“This espresso-focused spot in Lexington has earned near-perfect ratings by balancing precision coffee craft with playful creativity—think Cookie Butter Frappes and seasonal specials that actually deliver on their ambitious flavor combinations. What really sets them apart is the genuine care in details: homemade whipped cream and syrups, fresh pastries sourced from local bakeries, and a laid-back vibe anchored by a striking mural that immediately feels welcoming whether you're rushing through the drive-thru or settling in for an afternoon.”

The best coffee in Lexington, hands down! Fast service, great coffee, and they always have fun seasonal options. Even if one of their specialty lattes may sound strange, if it's from Leestown I know it will be amazing! They also have pop-up shops inside the coffee house fairly often with things like mini bookstores and other vendors.
The coffee was watered down, tasted a little burnt and too expensive. I was unable to reply to my previous post, so I will edit my original post. I love the idea that Leestown Coffee House has brought many popular foods from local bakeries into one shop. My donut was delicious! The online ordering and customizations were very user friendly. We were a group of two that had ordered online and my friend went to go pick the orders up. She went to the drive thru to order for herself and to pick up the other two orders. However, she was told that she must go inside for the online orders, even though she had ordered for herself in person. All three of us were in agreement that the coffee/milk ratio was unbalanced and unsatisfactory. My friend who was picking up the orders witnessed her coffee being made and reported that the milk compared to the coffee was excessive. There was also insufficient parking.
I love the mural on the building, very inviting. The atmosphere inside is chill and laid back mid afternoon. Vibes are a little scattered but overall it's a great coffee house. The banaoffe pie is FIRE 🔥 I LOVE IT! Unfortunately I came because I seen they had peach coffee cake on the menu but they only had it available the one day it whenever that was so it should be removed from the website as an option. I was very sad about that not be available but I get it summer is almost over. Peach 🍑 availability isn't the best anymore. The veggie burrito was much smaller than I expected an it was very bland for a veggie burrito 🌯😔 over 6-7/10
I love Leestown Coffee house! I absolutely love the homemade whipped cream and syrups they use! The homemade treats from local bakeries are always so delicious and fresh! I couldn’t recommend them enough! They also have a phone number reward system, so be sure to add yours and link it to your debit card!
Went here and got some seasonal fall items. They include - Cookie Butter Frappe (gluten free) - Reece Pieces Pop tart (gluten free) Cookie butter frappe was pretty good, it doesn't really remind me of Cookie butter all too much, but by no means was it bad. The Reece Pieces Poptart was very good. The crust on the pop tart was a bit dry and crumbly, but when you get a bit with the filling it tastes pretty good. The Reece pieces also add a nice subtle crunch in the mix. Overall my experiences at this location have been fantastic. Service is incredible, the atmosphere is really chill and adds positively to the dining experience. And lastly of course, the food and drinks are noteworthy and are 100% better than any Starbucks coffee or snack. Eat here now. Now. Like right now
