The cashier helped me pick what I wanted. I got a coffee with ice cream in it and it was amazing. My picky eater of a kid got something and ate it all, there is greek yogurt as a healthy option and bubble tea and more. Pretty place, would recommend!!

Ended up here when Menchie's was closed one day. The frozen yogurt itself was quite good! However, the store/purchase experience was a bit disappointing--you pay *per topping*, and don't get to choose the amount of yogurt, or of any individual topping. The cups are small and prices are high relative to those of other froyo spots. Because the cups were so small, they were not able to put as many toppings on, and some even fell off of the sides as soon as they were applied. Unfortunately, the overall experience made it seem like the store was relatively stingy with what should be a relatively indulgent treat. In order to improve customer perception and avoid having people feel disappointed in the experience, I would recommend that the shop offer something like "2 free toppings, then pay for additional toppings", or perhaps a limited selection of free toppings (such as sprinkles, or whipped cream) and a larger selection of premium/paid toppings so that it doesn't feel quite as tight-fisted to the customer. Overall not too bad, but a bit disappointed in what I hoped would be a more standard froyo experience.

Amazing place! We’ve been coming here for over a year, and it’s still our favorite ice cream spot. The quality is consistently great, the flavors are delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for families.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Michael

Shocking. This place is very bad. Once you walk inside the store you get hit with a scent of marijuana, the walls are filthy. Black mold was formed on the vents. The chairs were a flimsy plastic. The tables were not only filthy and not wiped down but were rocking side to side and also made from a cheap plastic. A table from Walmart for $10 is better than that. The store was cluttered and there isn't enough space for the workers to work. A lot of cross contamination between nuts and other foods. Be careful if you have allergies here. The games are filthy. I found boogers inside uno cards that didn't have a case. Only one of the kiosk was working and was very confusing to navigate. Enough about the environment, now the customer service. There was a guy walking in and out mid store hours bringing plastic cups instead of serving and taking peoples order. The girl was so rude and kept side eyeing us. She took 30 minutes to get our food which was a bubble cone. She then gave an attitude about it. Im not a Karen either we tipped her $10 before she even made the food and still decided to serve 6 other people before us. The food was horrible. Don’t get their variety of selection mixed up with the quality. The workers were scooping shaved ice with their hands. The item I ordered was wrong and no where near the fake images they displayed. The marshmallows were stale and hard to eat. The frozen yogurt was not all that good for being a fro-yo place. They give you barely any ice cream for the bubble cone and charge $13 for pancake dough. The product I got did not even have the strawberries on there. This place is trying too hard to do everything. They try to do everything but the quality goes down. My friend had an upset stomach all night after coming to this place ‼️‼️DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK. ‼️‼️

It’s hard to find a really good original tart froyo but this place has the best! Always friendly service too. Helice was very nice last time we went.
