Barnes & Noble Café

Visited 12.23.25 and asked for white chocolate cappuccino with Carmel sauce. What I was given was strong coffee, 1/2 cup only, with milk foam on top to include a drizzle for Carmel sauce. Worse cappuccino I've had from a Starbucks.

I just ask for light ice .. and Since when does Starbucks charge extra for adding lemonade to a strawberry acai?

It is truly a great book store. I have been coming here since 2004 since they opened. It is a very clean, spacious, and very well planned bookstore. Starbucks is quite good as well.

The experience with the cashier is different for me in both times visiting the Barnes and Noble store this year. While the elder lady asks for my phone number in an order return, the young girl didn’t want to have my phone number when registering my membership card. I do finding working with the elder one is easier going, compared to the younger one. May be she needs further training and listening to customer more.

There service was quick and very friendly. I got a chocolate chip and the wife got the sugar cookie. I didn't get the pic of mine because i devoured it lol. It was soft and delish. The sugar cookie was good as well
