Blue Cake Honey Pies at Bowman

I sent a picture of a DND cake that Selena transformed into an incredible piece of art. It certainly takes center stage for my son’s 30th birthday celebration. She meticulously matched every detail with colors and intricate artwork. Thank you for making this milestone so memorable.

I’m very picky about my buttercream as the daughter of a former professional baker, and Blue Cake has my favorite buttercream around! They did an excellent job matching my reference photo, and the filling (raspberry preserve) and cake were well balanced. The price point was very reasonable compared to other local bakeries, and we are always recommending Blue Cake as they’re super helpful and dependable!

I visited Saturday mid-morning and I would say, this place should have been packed - the pastries were so delicious! The hot chocolate was good. My favorite was the Ding Dong - it looked like the Hostess cake but balanced flavors. I also got petit fours They had such a variety of baked goods 😍

Came to Little Rock for work and goggled what Arkansas is known for food-wise, one thing that was consistent was Possum Pie, but I couldn't find any, until serendipity brought me to this bakery. Last day, my colleague had a sweet tooth and this was the closest. Popped over before our flight and came upon a cute bakery. Interior was welcoming, a few tables inside, one large one outside. Wide selection of large pies and cakes and their equivalent mini pies, including Possom Pie! Got a personal for myself, my colleague got the peach cobbler and we also got some caffeine to wash it down. The staff was friendly to chat with and we dined on our pies outside. They did not disappoint, very delicious, crust crispy, and the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be coming back.

If you're looking for a delicious pie, Blue Cake Honey Pies at Bowman is the place to go. The coconut pie is my personal favorite, but they also have great strawberry and carrot cupcakes. However, I found the cupcakes to be a bit too sweet for my taste. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store can be a bit confusing to navigate at first. But overall, it's a great place for sweet treats.
