Came here today waiter Ray was extremely rude. After being seated for 15 minutes with no help. He took our order and decided to leave when his coworker arrived. Dirty tables and cups terrible new years experience here

The tortilla soup was delicious, filling, and a very generous serving. Cheap too. Would recommend over and over. Only negative was service was a little slow.

The most amazing beef rib i have ever had. Falling from the bone and potato salad was great. Good service, restaurant’s Sr Sous Chef Ricardo went to my table just to ask about my day and my meal which it was big plus on this visit to Open Pallet. will miss Dallas for sure.

The buffet was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The establishment was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The coffee was particularly delicious, and the decor was charming, with many lovely accent plants.

Some days, the wait staff was friendly and on it, while other times it felt like we’d been forgotten. The food followed suit—sometimes delicious, other times pretty forgettable. It’s convenient if you need a quick bite between conference sessions, but if there were more options nearby, I’d probably explore those. All in all, Open Palette does the job but isn’t a must-visit.”
