O & A Coffee and Supply (Waterside Place)

Really great coffee - it's super strong! But convenient location with only one spot to sit inside. Thankfully right out the door is plenty of outdoor seating with a nice view of the water at waterside.

We stopped by O&A Coffee Roasters to grab our usual coffee order while enjoying the beautiful Lakewood Ranch Waterside area. The iced coffee was solid, nothing groundbreaking but definitely enjoyable. What stood out most was the excellent service—both the server and barista were kind, helpful, and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere inside the shop is on the smaller side with very limited indoor seating, which might be a drawback if you’re looking to relax inside with your drink. That said, stepping outside completely changes the vibe—the outdoor waterside seating is fantastic and a perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery. All in all, we’d come back in a pinch. It’s a decent spot with great staff and an unbeatable outdoor setting.

Great Coffee shop. Coffee is just ok but certainly not the best. Not much seating inside. Just one table. Usually taken. So expect to sit outside or walk around. Not much food choices just a few sweet treats choices. Service is Great. Just when I was there they were a-bit slow.

I needed a creative place to push a project past the finish line and stumbled across O & A Coffee and Supply. The staff was positive and energetic at 8 am on a Saturday morning, which I knew was a good sign. The pour over proved my suspicions - fresh, vibrant nicaraguan coffee that was as much a smooth vibe as the venue. Great place to grab-n-go. Great place to settle in for the view.

Absolutely awesome coffee. Cold brew notes are wonderful and nutty. Bold but strong and only need a little milk (not even). Cute branding and colors. Wonderful selection of pastries, canned beverages that aren’t coffee and beautiful shop. Love the green tiles and glass garage door. Obviously in a great location on the waterside. Will be back for sure! Kind employees :)
