Montana Coffee Traders | Roastery and Cafe

I saw their van driver on the road today, driving very aggressively in the snow, tailgating the car in front of them and driving with extreme road rage in snowy conditions. Honestly I’m hesitant giving my money to this establishment after watching this.

My significant other and I just left this location in Whitefish and unfortunately (because we have been regulars at MCT coffee) we will not be coming back. The staff had horrible customer service. They were almost non-responsive during our interactions and when they did respond they collectively did so with a pompous and annoyed attitude. Don’t hire people nor work in customer service if you don’t enjoy serving customers and think you are above doing so. We also go to the Kalispell branch very often they are always kind. As a business owner myself I believe employees and your company culture dictate the impression that is left on your customer, Whitefish MCT employees today failed 12/05/24 approx 11:30AM

Great coffee! Great treats! Kind, friendly atmosphere! What more could you ask for! We were staying in Whitefish for a couple of days and happened to see it- we went twice and bought some beans to take home and as gifts!

Montana Coffee Traders is a regionally owned coffee production and food service business. they roast their own beans here at this location in Whitefish and distribute them to various Outlets throughout the valley. all their beans are excellent quality and their decaf is water processed which is important for us. we really enjoy their darker roasts

This is where the best coffee in Montana roasted. They do have a good variety of coffee to choose some with Montanan name and twist have.
