High quality ingredients, attentive staff and cute cafe vibes Their flavor combos are stunning! Best pizza in Conroe!!!! I’m picky when it comes to going out to eat since I don’t do it often and hate wasting money on something I can make better at home. Paulette cafe is my go-to restaurant for date nights, breakfast with a girl friend or to stop in for a quick breakfast while I shop the area—their staff is helpful and kind. Also bathrooms are clean 10/10 Love it here!

First time here and loved it Had the croque madam and had great flavor. Didytrt the coffee but will next time. Service was great too and they bring your food on a timely matter. $42 for party of two with 18% tip Would return.

When visiting your home town and a new gem pops up. I had to try this place since French pastries are my favorite. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The Nutella strawberry crepe was delectable. Highly recommend this taste of France. Corner spot in down town Conroe.

The atmosphere was very cute and welcoming, I love the French theme! The food is incredible, as well as the baked goods. It seems to be incredibly authentic, and I learned the owners actually came over from France! JR was our server and he was very attentive and warm, he had great recommendations from the menu. A beautiful cafe that was missing from downtown Conroe, and Paulette Cafe is doing a great job filling that void!

Stumbled on this incredible place! The pepperoni pizza was very good with a nice, soft crust. The croque madam was our favorite. The quiche Lorraine was also delicious ‐ oniony, buttery, and flaky! The whipped parmesan mousse is a must try. For dessert we had the neopolitan, a chocolate croissant, and hazelnut filled beignet. All were delicious but our favorite was the beignet. We will definitely be making the drive from Houston to come back!
