Doce Donut Co
4106 Stone Way N, Seattle, WA
Crema's Take
“Doce Donut Co crafts exceptionally fluffy, carefully curated donuts that lean into adventurous seasonal flavors like tiramisu rather than the typical donut shop sprawl, earning devoted fans who appreciate the obvious care baked into each one. While the prices reflect that artisanal approach and opinions vary on execution, this spot delivers a refreshing take on the Seattle donut scene if you're willing to seek out something that prioritizes quality over quantity.”

Best doughnuts in the neighborhood! I tried them once before and was already impressed by how fluffy and flavorful they were. This morning I walked by and noticed they had new flavors and alfajores, which immediately caught my eye! I went in and bought doughnuts and alfajores that reminded me of Argentina, my home. Out of curiosity, I asked where they were from, and the sweet woman at the register said, “Argentina–Venezuela.” What an amazing surprise! I’ll definitely be back to support this business. Keep it up! 🫶🏻
Got a variety of donuts chosen by the donut shop and tried all flavors. Though the donuts are nice and fluffy, the actually dough was a little sour and the flavors didn’t go as well as I was hoping. Some of the flavors were overpowering (ginger in the rose chai), some didn’t taste like much and had a strange texture (crème brûlée). With the rating overall, I assume many really enjoy these donuts but they just weren’t for me.
I had the chance to try the original and the tiramisu flavors, and they were truly delicious. You can tell how much time and care went into their preparation. It’s a great place that I will definitely visit again when I’m in Seattle. It combines classic elements with bold flavors. Absolutely worth it. The staff was also very kind and generous.
The donuts are expensive but they are so sooo good! For July 2025, they had a Tiramisu donut which was delicious. Typically donut places will make things in all kinds of flavors, but Doce goes the extra mile. The Tiramisu has the cream as well as the coffee soaked dough, making it actually resemble eating a Tiramisu cake.
Unfortunately, Doce Donut Co was my least favorite donut spot in Seattle. I had high hopes, but the experience just didn’t hit the mark. The flavor of the donut was off for me — it just didn’t have that rich, satisfying taste I was expecting. The dough, too, was a bit of a letdown. It lacked that moist texture that makes a donut truly enjoyable. I didn’t even finish mine, which is rare for me when it comes to donuts. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but for me, this one didn’t make the cut. There are plenty of other spots in Seattle serving up better donuts, so I can’t say I’ll be coming back here.
