Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this, but I need to let you know that the reviews you've provided are actually about Sinai Hospital's medical care rather than a coffee shop experience. The listings describe the hospital's nursing staff, surgical departments, and patient care—not coffee quality, atmosphere, or the café itself. To write an authentic Crema summary, I'd need actual coffee shop reviews that discuss things like the espresso quality, pastries, ambiance, or barista experience at this marketplace café location. Do you have reviews that focus on the coffee shop experience specifically?”

We had to bring our 14 month old to the pediatric ICU after she got RSV. Everyone at Sinai was amazing and wonderful. They did a fantastic job reassuring me everything would be ok and good great care of our sweet girl. We are so thankful for the hardworking and caring nurses and doctors. They even had a music therapist who came and played songs and brought musical toys for the kids, so sweet
Knee replacement surgery October 28, 2025. Found the whole staff to be kind, helpful, efficient, and very good ar their jobs. The PASS department is great. Testing took less than 15 minutes. The surgical team and post-op recovery treated me great, taking care of my every need. I have no complaints about Sinai and will be there later this month for 2nd knee replacement. Special thanks to Dr Barry Waldman for his expertise in this surgery! You're absolutely the best! 😊🙏👍♥️🇺🇲
Roby was my nurse at the Cath Lab recovery. He was awesome. I had an emergency and everyone was outstanding! Helen in the Cath Lab went beyond her duty as a Nurse Practitioner. She made me feel at ease and she was very professional. Theresa, nurse was wonderful second floor (room 224}
Nobody likes to go to the hospital. Nobody likes to go to the hospital for themselves or especially for and probably at least for a loved one. So I’m here with my brother as he’s getting better recovering from an ailment and I am at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore this is my first experience being at this Sinai hospital actually any sign of hospital so it’s really funny how you can see something but not really think about it until you needed it. Well first let me tell you about their first experience, which is gonna be parking. It was a good experience they have a lot of selection for parking with the Belvedere parking garage, which the first day I found a spot right in the front I know Hollywood parking and the second day. I simply went to the main parking lot and did the same thing outdoors right by the main entrance what was also very amazing to me was that they have a lot of specialized parking. Being a veteran I love that they actually have veterans parking awesome it was full. They also have expectant mothers. They also have visiting clergy. And other others that I didn’t recognize, but it was very awesome. Awesome to see them catered to specific groups. The main floor of the hospital was fine. The gentleman at the customer service desk a gray haired gentleman was exceptionally nice yesterday and today the African-American lady at the desk was terrific as well. I went to the gift shop to pick up something for my brother and his wife before I left and they were very affable people and the gift shop was very well appointed much like an airport kind of commissary store. I then proceeded upstairs and was very happy to see the Stoler tower. The Stoler family is close to me and they do a great job of reaching out and supporting the community. Of note nurse K.C. was a tremendous person. Her level of care was very good. She was very attentive to my brother and I appreciate that as well as the nursing assistant Jess. All in all was a very good experience for me as a visitor. I just want a good result for my family.
****Update: Just left the hospital earlier this evening and it went pretty much smooth with everything except for when I went to try to pick up the meds they prescribed me upon being discharged. It ended up taking over an hour ½, maybe longer, to finally get it. It was not supposed to take that long and it was extremely frustrating having to sit there all that time and wait but I knew the meds were really important for me to take so the wait was worth it considering their importance but still could have been a little quicker. This does not change my rating for my overall review of Sinai. They saved my life and for that I will be forever grateful. **** Exceptional Care and Dedicated Staff Following Major Surgery I have been an inpatient at this facility for over a week following a serious leg surgery. My overall experience has been excellent, largely due to the remarkable staff. Strengths of Care: Nursing & Support Staff: The nurses and support staff are exceptionally wonderful. They made me feel like they truly care about my health and consistently ensured my needs were met. Medical Team: The doctors successfully navigated the serious surgery and have maintained rigorous follow-up, ensuring my recovery is on track and my pain is well-managed. Custodial Services: The custodians work tirelessly and are often the unsung heroes; they deserve more recognition for their contribution to a clean and safe environment. Constructive Feedback: Response Time (Minor): There were times when there were longer-than-desired waits for necessary items, such as a bedpan. However, I recognize and respect the heavy demands on the staff and their need to prioritize the most critical patients. I do not attribute these delays to neglect. Food Quality: While the food is usually decent, there is room for improvement in the overall quality and consistency. Specifically, meals should be served warm reliably—not just occasionally. In summary, I am very happy with the care from the nurses, doctors, and staff here, and I would strongly recommend this hospital for those in need of urgent or surgical attention.
