“Fast Times serves a medium light roast that shines in a cortado or straight espresso, sipped from one of their impossibly comfortable chairs in a space that feels more like a carefully designed cabin than a New York coffee shop. The serene cottage aesthetic inside Buck Mason's Soho location—complete with an attached bookstore—makes it worth lingering over a second cup, and the staff actually care about what's in your cup. If you want specialty coffee that tastes good and a place where you won't feel rushed to leave, this is a genuine detour.”
