Crema's Take

Frannie's feels like stepping into a retro 1950s time capsule where the ice cream steals the show just as much as the coffee, with locals and tourists alike raving about both the quality and genuinely warm service. Beyond the espresso drinks, you'll find an impressive array of frozen yogurt, creative sweet treats, and pastries in a relaxed, family-friendly setting that's perfect for lingering over conversation or grabbing something quick before exploring Prescott.

Hands down best ice cream for a hundred miles. Best staff too. We go often, bring friends and family and have never been disappointed.

Ordered a Strawberry Lemonade and M&M with sprinkles cookie. They were great and very professional. I'm from out of town and State. Best place for tourists!! 👍😁👏

Frannie's delivers with an assortment of sweet treats, a relaxed 50's vintage atmosphere and friendly service. Samples are available as well as coffee, frozen yogurt, and a million toppings and assortment of ice cream flavors. I ordered the Java the hut. It was perfectly balanced and not too sweet, Ethan made sure my shake was absolutely perfect. My husband ordered Huckleberry ice cream and it tasted like pie! They have the 2025 teen choice award for a reason. Come visit frannie's and find your new favorite flavor.

Happy we decided to stop here during a recent day trip! Oftentimes places like these located near vacation spots / tourist attractions are overpriced and of average quality. This was not the case at Frannie's. The location was ideal, just across the plaza and around the corner from Whiskey Row. We had no problem finding parking behind the building but there was also quite a bit of street parking as well. When we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly staff and served rather quickly. I was very pleasantly surprised at their generous portions, quality product and reasonable prices. My husband and I both got two scoop waffle cones and ended up packing up more than half of each and just putting them in a cooler to bring them home. The flavors were great and the ice cream seemed fresh, without the sandy, icy consistency that some hand scooped ice cream parlors have. I don't have any pictures of the ice cream because as soon as we got them we dove right in! All in all, highly recommend!

I came in here because I saw that they serve fresh coffee. I ordered a large latte which was almost $6 with tax. They offer discount if you pay cash. (I understand as I used to run a business and the CC companies charge 3% processing fees ). The coffee was one of the best I have had in a long time. I will try the ice cream on a different occasion.
