Ghost Town Coffee Roasters

110 E Olive St, Belgrade, MT

Crema's Take

Tucked into Belgrade's downtown, this roastery strikes an impressive balance between serious espresso craftsmanship and genuinely welcoming relaxation, with pricing that won't make you wince. The space has a charm that keeps regulars coming back multiple times a week—it's equally suited to a quick caffeine run or lingering with your laptop, though fair warning that Sunday mornings get properly busy despite the small-shop vibe. Their espresso-forward drinks are the real draw here, though the occasionally inconsistent execution on milk drinks means you might want to build a relationship with the baristas who are genuinely willing to make adjustments.

Great spot for good coffee in a very relaxed setting! Probably has the most reasonable pricing for coffee and tea in the city. Highly recommend,

The latte was extremely weak, even in the small size. We asked if it could be turned into a mocha to add some flavor, which the baristas kindly did, but unfortunately the chocolate quality also felt quite poor.

Good coffee, charming little coffee shop in downtown Bozeman. Very busy on a Sunday morning but our drinks still came out reasonably fast. They had tons of skeleton themed merch. We got: Bee Sting with Lavender - my favorite 10/10, most balanced Salted Maple Latte - 9/10 least sweet of the 3 we tried Dirty Earl - 6/10 a little too spiced for me, and the sweetest of the 3.

Very good coffee in an off the beaten path small shop. Limited food selection. Nice inside seating area. VictorB

I lived a few blocks from here, and was there at least a few times a week over the last year. I am on the other side of town now, but will probably still drive there regularly, if not for the cozy atmosphere alone. I can't speak to the baked goods, but the breakfast burritos and sandwiches have been a life saver many a morning. I'm so glad they recently brought back the vegetarian chickpea sandwich because it is one of my all time favorites! Lattes are pretty good, but I understand that some employee turnover has made it hard to maintain consistency. Most of the baristas that have stuck around know me personally by now, and are all pretty friendly. My one gripe is how much I hate the digital check-in system. Please just get some nice, old-fashioned punch or stamp cards for your loyal customers!
