This place is a scam. I ordered one hookah. That costs 14.99 . Then I ordered a Gatorade . That cost 2.00$ then I went and sat down. When I went to pay, the total was 23.48$ . I asked the lady why the price went high. She said “that 3,80$ is service fee. And the other is tax. I looked at her and told her service fee? What service fee ? You just grabbed the hookah for me. So basically the service fee is the tip. Let me tell you something . If I knew I was going to be paying “SERVICE FEE” I would never step a foot in your cafe. Plus everyone looked at me like I was a weird person. And staring me down. Good to know that this cafe is not worth my money. Especially my hard working money. You shouldn’t be adding stuff to the bill . Without asking or letting the costumer know. There are some people that have only a certain amount of budget to use. But good to know you guys care about money. More than Coustomer service .
Amazing experience! The food is fresh and absolutely delicious, the drinks and desserts are top-notch, and the hookahs are some of the best in the game with so many flavors to choose from. I had such a relaxing time—watched football there and it honestly felt like home. Highly recommend!
I genuinely like the vibe of this hookah lounge, which is why I’m leaving this review. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the two women who work here are always friendly, welcoming, and do their best. That said, there are a few ongoing service flow issues that need attention. First, the music rotation barely changes. A broader playlist would make a big difference in keeping the environment fresh. Second, the hookah quality is inconsistent. Some days it’s solid, other days it burns out within 20 to 30 minutes. Flavor consistency is hit or miss, and the biggest issue is coal service. I’ve waited over an hour for fresh coals before, which is frustrating, especially considering that when I order a full refill, it usually arrives in under 15 minutes. Nonetheless, this is still a good spot to come and chill.
This place was okay. I’m not sure if my card was charged incorrectly but I went during happy hour and I had the Fried shrimp platter ($12.99) happy hour hookah ($10.99) chicken strip platter ($11.99) and a Lemondae. That’s should have been maybe $50 or less. I was Charged $74. I’m not sure why my total was so much because I was not offered a receipt and at the time I did not pay attention. That’s seems very shady and I don’t like it. So be careful and make sure you look at your receipt if you do decide to come here.
Be careful going here, although the owner and staff were nice, my minivan was broken into so quickly at 1pm. The owners could not help me and neither could the police. I ended up paying $450 for the window that was broken and my belongings were stolen without reimbursement. I would not go back there due to the lack of safety.
