Crema's Take

Bab Al-Yemen Cafe is a warm gathering spot that brings Middle Eastern coffee tradition to Fresno with standout drinks like their signature Mufawar latte and Aden teapot, paired beautifully with house-made honeycomb cake and baklava. The chill, comfortable atmosphere with good music and low seating draws regulars who drive across town monthly, making it equally perfect for a solo laptop session or meeting up with friends. What keeps people coming back is the genuine hospitality and the sense that every detail—from the brewing to the pastries to the ambiance—has been thoughtfully considered.

Was passing through Fresno on the way home to LA and decided to stop in here for a pick me up, and I’m glad I did. It was a great energy, cozy, good music, and I ordered their Mufawar latte and honeycomb pastry. The pastry was warm and delicious and the coffee was strong and had cardamom notes. I def recommend stopping here. I also like the late hours they have compared to other shops.

Love this place! I ordered their signature Latte and honeycomb cake -- both very delicious! It's my second visit here, and each time I had 100% great experience. Chill atmosphere, comfy chairs and low tables, attentive staff, exotic pastries and drinks! Forget the same-old sterille, chain-coffee places! It's my new go-to cafe in Fresno.

This is a very cute and comfortable coffee shop. Bab Al yeman latte was amazing, despite me not being a coffee person. This will crack me out but is worth it! The honeycomb bread was sweet, light, and delicious. The homie introduced me to the wonders of Yemeni coffee shops and I’m glad these places are on my radar! This was a great vibe to chill in for a work call during travel, although they had no plugs available it was well worth the stop for the coffee and bread 👌

Aden teapot is the best one I love to get, and the baklava. They serve many different desserts that are always lovely to try. Check them out. They close a bit earlier than what is on Google, 8PM instead of 10PM. The Lady behind the counter was very nice and polite too, very welcoming. Edit - absolutely delicious cappuccino cake🔥

I must say this is one of my favorite places to go have a relaxing coffee. And I drive across town once a month to visit this place . I like the atmosphere here and it smells delicious when they are roasting coffee . The staff is always very friendly . They have ample place to relax and sip your coffee . My favorite coffee is the Bob La-Yemen latte. They will ask if you want sugar and you should say yes . Also give the honey comb bread a try. You can’t go wrong !
