I have no idea why this place has such high ratings. The price is way higher and quality of coffee is nothing good. I ordered Nitro cold brew coffee and I paid almost $7 for it. But, what? How they can claim this to be “Nitro?” No foam, no strength of taste. This could be just “cold brew,” but if so, then they cannot charge $7 for it. Is it kind of “false advertisement?” I bet it is. This is the update. The owner responded me that I could have changed to something else. In fact, it was after waiting for almost 10 minutes to get a drink, and I tried to cancel the order. The Barista didn't let me cancel, she insisted that she was going to make right away. So, you can imagine, after waiting for a long time, then I finally got it, then I completely disappointed. Did I want to bother? Probably not.

I literally don’t understand how anyone could ever write a bad review. I’m currently studying for the NC Bar Exam, and have been coming to this coffee shop 4-5 times a week to study and couldn’t ask for a better spot. Every single one of the staff members are so sweet and kind and quick! And they may or may not have my order basically memorized at this point. My go to spot. If you’re looking for a coffee shop that feels like home, look no further.

Today I tried Matcha for the very first time and it was absolutely delicious! Justin made it for me and he was extremely attentive to my hesitation over trying something new and have me good advice on what to order. He added vanilla and told me that if I didn’t like it he would be happy to remake it or add whatever I needed to it. He waited until I tried it and made sure I liked it before moving onto the next customer. He was very generous, and I appreciate his willingness to introduce me to the world of Matcha! If all baristas were like him, the coffee world would be an even better place!

5/5 stars for the excellent customer service I received from Justin! He was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help me. Even offering to carry items to my table when my hands were full - such a kind gesture. Justin's calm and friendly demeanor made my experience here truly special. Great job, Justin!

Don’t love when they don’t ask what size you want and get charged $10. The mocha is entirely too sweet too, straight syrup! So be sure to ask for half.
