Crema's Take

This charming Honolulu flower and plant boutique doubles as a cozy coffee destination where you can linger over traditional drinks while surrounded by lush tropical greenery and the kind of peaceful, aromatic atmosphere that makes you want to stay all afternoon. It's a shared space that thoughtfully combines a plant shop with a potting studio, so you might find yourself sipping coffee next to someone repotting their new fiddle leaf fig. The vibe here really depends on who's behind the counter—the best visits come with genuine, unhurried service and genuine warmth, making it an ideal spot for meeting friends or bringing family to browse beautiful, curated plants while enjoying a quiet moment.

Girls are rude and even my 11 year daughter didn’t feel welcomed. Plants are overpriced. Not one hello from 5 of girls working wow horrible customer service !

Wow wow wow. Endless thanks to Paiko, especially Maite. I was in a rough spot emotionally (and physically) and the kindness show here was unbelievable. The shop smells amazing - exactly the peace I needed. Each plant was beautiful and meticulously cared for. No matter what you get here it will be an incredible gift for someone you love! Thanks for an amazing shopping experience. 🤍

Such a cute plant store! I loved it here. There are many tropical plant options to choose from. Paiko also has a cute potting section in the store where you can learn to pot your plants right.

I love this little flower boutique. It's a great idea in business to share space so that several small businesses can thrive. Paiko may be more expensive than the run of the mill florist, but I think the service and specialty warrants it in this case. To the best of my knowledge I'm told they source most of their flowers, if not all, from the Hawaiian islands- so they are local. And they will go out of their way to help you. They will also be honest with you. I wanted a particular leaf for my wedding cake and the staff told me where to find it in the wild if I wanted to forage instead of paying them $3 a stem. I appreciated that. They also went out of their way to find me a particular flower I wanted for my wedding (mink protea) and they delivered! These guys have fun workshops- I did one of the Haku ones. And they have neat artisan supplies for planting. I may not always buy my flower from here, but when I do I am always pleased with my purchase. Plus where else can you get a brew (coffee) and a bouquet for $15? Now that is an urban steal!
