Better Daze

First time trying and I am impressed! Their menu had a great amount of options with unique flavors. I was so excited by how yummy their vanilla bean chai was. I also ordered an iced coconut cloud matcha which was tasty as well. Highly recommend!

Such a hidden gem on Kapahulu Ave! I stopped by during a food tour (right near Ono Seafood and Leonard’s) and was so glad I did. I had the cold brew with coconut cold foam- the flavor profile was smooth, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. My friend was torn between the rose matcha and honey matcha, and the barista went above and beyond by mixing the rose and honey syrups (even though it wasn’t on the menu!) so she could enjoy the best of both worlds. The matcha itself was fantastic- vibrant, not too sweet, and really well balanced. The baristas here were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. Honestly, I’d recommend Better Daze over Sunrise Shack if you’re in the area!

Such a cute lil coffee hut, complete with a little seating area and several parking spots. The coffee was fantastic, the syrups house made and the barista greeted us right we walked up. Next time, I will make sure to say for here to enjoy my rose oat milk latte in one of their cute mugs (hopefully the cat mug). Highly recommend stopping by!

Small coffee spot at the edge of a parking lot. Somewhat hard to see, but the flashy sign helps a lot. Great getting a drink to complement the poké from the restaurant nearby. Got the iced americano. Excellent taste, strong and smooth. Highly recommended and would return.

If I could rate a 6, I would. I've been working in Oahu for several weeks and wanted to support a local business (aka avoid Starbucks and their lack of DEI support). I am in LOVE with Better Daze. They are hands down the best coffee I have found on this island. I so wish they had a location in California. They are small but mighty. I tried the simple latte, the Rose Cardamom latte, and the inspired Coconut Cloud. Warm OR over ice, this coffee ROCKS. Don't miss out on this hidden gem. It's an easy walk from Waikiki and well worth every step.
