Blue Ridge Coffee
4601 Wyoming Blvd SW, Casper, WY
Crema's Take
“Blue Ridge Coffee excels at the fundamentals—their straightforward drip coffee and fresh-made pastries draw loyal regulars, while their smoothies stand out as genuinely health-conscious options that actually taste delicious. The charm of vintage coffee pot decor and genuinely friendly staff creates a welcoming spot for lingering over lunch or meeting friends, though you'll want to budget extra time since the kitchen seems to run thin during busy hours. If you're after a leisurely cafe experience with solid sandwiches and reliable coffee (just maybe stick with their strengths rather than complex espresso drinks), this Casper gem delivers genuine warmth.”

The coffee and food is good. But they seem to be understaffed or something like that, as I have to wait over 20 minutes every time I come here. Not great if you are in a hurry before work.
I want to start by saying that I really enjoy the smoothies at Blue Ridge! Definitely one of the healthier smoothie options in town, and they always taste really yummy. They always have really kind baristas too! The service itself is definitely on the slow side. The times where I have gone through the drive thru on my lunch, it has taken almost my whole lunch, and a few times, it’s made me almost late to work. It just is what it is. As far as food goes, I’ve had some items that I really enjoyed, but other items that were not very good. I ordered the pasta salad today after being told that it contained veggies and noodles in Italian dressing (I was double checking that there wasn’t pork in it), so I was kind of expecting your typical pasta salad with things like broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, etc. Unfortunately, It was all noodles with 1 small tomato chunk and 2 small onion chunks. I took a picture the second that I noticed any veggies because I had eaten only noodles for over half the container. It’s just a little weird and inconsistent as far as what you can expect from their food menu, and a little bit on the expensive side for a coffee shop - I’m fine with paying for more expensive food, but I would like to properly get what is advertised to me. It’s still a place I would re-visit! It’s just worth being skeptical of the menu and you can’t come in a rush.
You guys are one of our favorite coffee places in town, FOR REGULAR DRIP COFFEE, because anytime I’ve tried to get a Latte this is what I get ! You’re a coffee shop! How does this pass for a Latte?? So disappointing
A lovely cafe in Casper! I was very impressed with lunch visit, a large croissant club sandwich and side of potato soup(so delicious!), also a chicken salad sandwich and side salad. Portions were very generous with good prices. Lots of options for specialty coffees, chai, teas, and Italian sodas. Atmosphere was very cozy and friendly. Plenty of seating, mostly tables for 4, a couple for 6. I would definitely recommend this place for a date spot, business lunch, or casual eatery with healthy options.
I had the chicken salad sandwich with a side of fruit and WOW so good! Gals were very friendly and made my white iced mocha perfect!! Super cute touches with all the old style coffee pots around!
