Redefined Coffee
1409 Avenue M, Brooklyn, NY
Crema's Take
“Redefined Coffee is a neighborhood gem where the espresso-focused menu shines through creative signatures and impeccably crafted traditional drinks, but it's really the staff that steals the show—they remember regulars, offer genuine recommendations, and create such a welcoming atmosphere that people linger for hours just to soak it in. Their house-made chocolate elevates their mochas to something special, and the pastry case (especially those divinely soft babkas) pairs perfectly with whatever you're sipping. This is the kind of place where skilled baristas and authentic hospitality transform a coffee run into a genuine community experience.”

This is more than just a coffee shop!!! The service is spectacular, the coffee and pastries are divine. The staff goes out of their way to know each customer and provide services to meet each customer’s preferences. I can’t praise them enough!!!
Wonderfully smooth coffee, delicious mocha lattes probably the best I've ever had, they make their own chocolate for it. Everyone that works there is kind and patient. And their cakes and babkas are the best!
Babka danish is DIVINE! Ridiculously soft, gooey and tasty. Iced coffee was on point, manager served me with a smile and made it even better. Welcome to the neighborhood!!
Their coffee is fantastic and the employees are so friendly! You can always go in there for a great cup of coffee. Haven’t had a bad recommendation from them!
This is a cute coffee shop neslted next to a kid clothes shop. The baristas here are really nice and chatty and their banter is pretty funny. I spend an hour or so here and I enjoy hearing them chit chat. There is no drip coffee option, so the closest thing I can get is the pour over, which is excellent. They ask you a lot of questions about the coffee before you get it, because there are so many customization options. I like the fruity pour over, which is really flavorful. Since it's a pour-over, it's on the pricey side at a little over $5 bucks for a small. The space is also a nice spot to hang out for a bit on a laptop. My only gripe with the place is the bathroom is not open at all hours, which is annoying for a coffee place. Other than that, if you want a good cup of coffee with a great atmosphere, come here. [EDIT TO REVIEW]: Look like the bathroom is open after 10AM! Adjusted my review accordingly.
