Silly chain shop - adequate food and coffee, beautiful decor… this place is trying to present as high-end but the product and service are mid-level and the prices are outlandish. A major red flag is they have no prices posted, hoping to give the image that the quality and service are simply above pricing - like listing prices would be too passé, but in reality they don’t want people to realize they’re about to pay nearly $30 for a coffee and sandwich that are basically fine. Pretty, but just ok otherwise.

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this place. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a warm smile and a genuine sense of welcome. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and efficient. I ordered the BLT sandwich and a fresh pineapple water. The sandwich was delicious and the water so refreshing! Highly recommend this spot for lunch. On Tuesday and Thursdays they have BOGO specials. They have a coffee printer and will happily customize your coffee with any photo. This is a great place!

what a beautiful establishment! I went in with my family for our first time and we were immediately greeted with a warm " welcome! " Right away you feel at home and comfortable in those velvet green chairs. The atmosphere is next level, unlike anything i've seen here locally. As we got to the register we looked over the menu and there was quite an array to choose from. We were a bit indecisive due to the number of amazing options, but the cashier was very patient with us and helpful with suggestions and reccomendations. We decided to try a few different things. My mother-in-law ordered their pumkin spice latte, which when we recieved it were blown away by the beautiful image printed on top made with their latte printer ( how cool is that?! ) the images can be customized as well. I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso and it did not disappoint. The pastry case was full of a great assortment and variety of sweet and savory bread. We got the concha sandwhich to share and what a tasty treat it was! I will most definitely be recommending this place and you can count on me returning!

This place is 100% WORTHH the hype!!! I recommend giving this place a shot and disregarding the bad reviews!! It was nothing but good vibes in here great atmosphere! Super cute inside and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There was a big line and the drinks still came out very quick! The drinks were so good I will be coming back to try out more options on the menu since they all looked delicious!

This place has so much hype and since it's new in modesto why not try it right? Well I took my mom a few days after they're grand opening but service was super disappointing. The young gentleman was kind but his face was just showing so much confusion to say the least. My mom ordered the cafe de olla and I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso and for my shaken espresso I waited a good 15 minutes and I had to go up to the kid and ask about it. My mom's coffee was good but a little too sweet for her. During the 15 minutes of waiting for my coffee I decided to order a grilled cheese for my son. I had seen that the lady making the sandwiches took off somewhere and then was going over some doordash orders with another young lady and my order on the screen was just there blinking. Finally after a few orders in she walks back to that area and starts making the sandwiches but makes one that was way after me. I was a little upset that the service was lacking and they should've had better training prior to opening because some people don't have all the time in the world to wait for food, especially since it's located around the courthouse area so some employees from around will only have a short break/lunch. In total i waited a good 30-40 minutes and by then I had to hurry and leave since the parking spot was only for 1 hour. The mini conchas didn't disappoint but I wouldn't go back just for that so hopefully they get more training or more staff. And no it wasn't busy, I believe it was around 930am and we were the only ones ordering at the time. I did notice that on their shirts it says "Ponte las pilas" so I'm hoping they put that into practice.
