The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. No matter your fitness level, they make you feel comfortable and supported. And the best bonus? It’s attached to Compound Coffee Co., which has the best monthly drink specials! There’s nothing better than finishing a great workout and treating yourself to one of their creative drinks. It truly makes the whole experience feel like a little reward. If you’re looking for a gym with an amazing atmosphere, incredible trainers, and the perfect post-workout coffee spot, this is it. Highly recommend!

Amazing pet-friendly coffee spot! Dogs are welcome both inside and outside, and they have a lovely enclosed outdoor space that's perfect for sitting back and enjoying your winter coffee. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights for me was the variety of gluten-free muffins available — such a nice touch. I tried the tiramisu latte, which was good, especially if you enjoy your latte on the sweeter side. The blueberry muffin is an absolute must-try. They even ottered my pup a little pup cup, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great spot and one l'll definitely be coming back to!

We love The Compound Coffee Co! Grace was so kind and patient with my little one as she figured out how to use her gift card it made her day. She loves coming here for her babycino and I’m a big fan of their lattes and matcha. They also have plenty of plant-based milk options, which is a huge plus. Such a welcoming spot with great service every time!

Beautiful & lovely place to hang out. The outside covered patio was perfect to work from in this summer heat. Service was delightful. And I was overwhelmed by the amount of delicious refreshing beverage options. What topped it all off is that they have COCONUT milk! A rare offering. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Finally had a chance to stop in and check out this coffee spot. Super hidden and almost missed it, but glad to we found it. The aesthetic is definitely on point and they want you to stay and hang out for a bit. We got shaken espressos and a chocolate croissant and stayed for a bit and played a few rounds of tic tac toe. The croissant was kind of tiny and more chocolate than pastry (which normally wouldn’t be a bad thing, but this was gooey!) and the espressos would have been a lot better if it wasn’t mostly ice. Overall this place is really cute if you want to hang out and catch up with someone, but maybe I’d order a hot coffee instead?
