REISHI-LICIOUS

I absolutely love bubble tea and get it every chance I can, but unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order through the kiosk, but the gentleman behind the counter seemed completely confused by it. I ordered a green tea with brown sugar boba and passionfruit flavor—super simple. After going back and forth several times, he told me they didn’t have green tea because “no one orders it,” even though it was listed as an option on the kiosk. That was fine; I agreed to switch to black tea. When he made the drink, the boba had the wrong texture entirely. It tasted uncooked—firm, unpleasant, and not chewy at all, it was almost crumbly when chewed. When I asked what kind of boba it was, he said it was premade, but even premade boba still needs to be properly cooked, and this clearly wasn’t. I felt bad, but I politely asked if he could replace the boba with popping boba instead. He was very kind and remade the drink, but the popping boba had a strange flavor, and the tea itself also tasted off. I took the drink with me because I hate to be a bother and there already seemed to be so many problems with this order. but didn’t drink it out of concern it might make me sick. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this was genuinely the worst bubble tea I’ve had. I hope they make improvements and find success, but with the current product, I unfortunately don’t see that happening.

Amazing Food !! Every ingredient was fresh and all together tasted amazing! Friendly enviorment , they also have table games you can play with friends !

Perfect place for Kennett! You don’t have to travel for Poke bowls or boba anymore, and the quantity and quality is amazing! The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience just what you are looking for. You won’t be disappointed!

5 Stars! I had an awesome experience at Pokelicious and BubbleTea in Kennett. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. From start to finish, the service was warm and welcoming. I was greeted with a friendly smile the moment I walked in, and it set the tone for the whole visit. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and everything I ordered was made with care. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves great food and great service!

Fantastic spot! Fresh ingredients, generous portions of everything. I made my own and my husband got the pokelicious #3 with spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Half an avocado was included, in this economy?! The boba was super yummy, lots of options for everything.
