Crema's Take

This isn't just a coffee stop—it's a creative studio where you can sip thoughtfully crafted drinks while surrounded by stunning glass art and the energy of actual artisans at work. Beyond the excellent coffee, Glasshaüs invites you to book a hands-on glassblowing class or tour, making it the rare café where you're encouraged to stay for hours and leave with something you made yourself. The instructors are genuinely passionate and the whole vibe feels like a artistic community gathering rather than a typical coffee shop, perfect for meeting friends or settling in for a slow afternoon.

Really awesome place where you can take glass blowing classes or have a private lesson. They have a bunch of glass creations all over as decoration and it's really awesome to see the things instructors and artists have made on display. They also have really good coffee and incredible sandwiches and salads. Their cafe in the front is open to the public and a great place to work. Easy parking in their free lot and it's right near Geodis park! :)

Recommend the tour and or the class to make your own glass piece to all. We started with the tour and enjoyed learning about the history, the different types of glass making, some of the pioneers and more. The demo at the end of the tour was really interesting and fun to watch. Afterwards we had the opportunity to make our own piece. There is a lot of work that goes into making something as small and simple (or you think it would be simple) as a glass, a heart or something similar. Then go into the gallery and think about a piece that big and elaborate. Truly amazing!

Absolutely loved it. Everyone was real friendly and Matt (our artist) was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 hands down. I would/will do it again.

I had booked a glass ornament session for myself and a friend. Making the ornament was such a fun and unique experience. I love that you could pick out your own colors and actually blow your own ornament. The facility is clean and I loved the coffee/bar in the front as well. Unfortunately, I did my class on 12/6 and when I went back on 12/11 to grab my ornament they had lost or given my ornament away to somebody else. It is now 1/5 and I have been following up weekly on how I can get my ornament. I was told they would remake my ornament for me with the colors I had chosen. However, I still have not heard anything. I had such a great experience until this point. I am really disappointed in their customer service and hope they learn to write first and last names on the bags, so this doesn’t happen to anybody else.

I recently visited Nashville Glasshaüs in Nashville, TN, and it was a truly unique experience! This spot is a one-of-a-kind blend of a glassblowing studio, café, bar, and event space, all wrapped in a modern, industrial-chic vibe. The staff were friendly and clearly passionate about the space, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. I also browsed the Maxwell Gallery. Paul taught me about glassblowing in one of the 20min classes. Can’t wait to pick up my piece on Monday! My only minor critique is that the menu could offer a few more food options! 😇
