they don’t have AC at this location, which is ok, just be aware. they gave someone else my ordered which caused me to wait over 30 mins.. there was only one other customer there and they gave it to them. i would understand if it’s super busy but please just know what orders you are giving out? while the girl was taking my order she was talking to her friends on the side, which i normally don’t care about, but if you can’t do your job while having fun, please reset your priorities it’s not that hard to take orders and get it to the right customer.

This place is pretty inconsistent because they just have teenagers working here. The last time I ordered egg puffs they just put it to the side and handed it to me when it was fully cold. Like, what were they even doing just leaving it out there for long it enough that it was completely cold by the time I got it?

Not good customer service at all! Very uncaring! You should treat ALL people (of all backgrounds) politely. We’re doing you a favor patronizing with your company. Customers are how you get paid. Be better and more diverse. Will never be back.

Wow, wow, wow. I've seen this place a few times and thought nothing of it. Decided to try it and was blown away. Hip atmosphere with incredible teas. The chicken is also super good, which I was surprised at. The first place in Sacramento I've eaten at and thought. I should come back here before I leave. 11 out of 10 stars

Excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and smiling. Clean and comfortable setting. They have a great selection of teas, smoothies and other drinks. Extensive menu that could seen overwhelming to some. If you're unsure what to order, just ask and they'll happily assist you. They also have food in their menu. Basil Peppered Popcorn Chicken is really good! They've got squid balls, French fries and more. They also have many board, card and dice games for customers to use. Excellent overall! Go try it out... And see what you think of the Honey Peach Smoothie!
