Crema's Take
“This vibrant El Paso cafe has cracked the code on combining serious coffee craft with indulgent comfort food, earning near-perfect reviews for their signature protein waffles, creative protein-infused drinks, and house blend that carries an unexpectedly phenomenal cinnamon note. The team clearly takes pride in hospitality and inclusivity—whether you're after gluten-free options, protein-packed smoothies, or simply a welcoming space to linger with friends—making it feel less like a transaction and more like you've discovered your new favorite neighborhood gathering spot.”

If you’re not going here you’re missing out! Staff was super friendly and the food was out of this world! We got the house blend coffee and it had a cinnamon taste that was phenomenal. My wife got a regular waffle. As someone who doesn’t usually like fruit on things this was DELICIOUS. I got the brownie waffle and it was so gooood. Usually eating something like this would leave you feeling gross and heavy. I felt fueled and ready to go. Last I got an iced mocha 10/10. My only complaint is that we found this place right before boarding the plane home. We missed out on having this everyday!
We had Gluten Free protein waffles and Nutella donuts that were to die for. They have a great menu with many options for protein coffees and drinks and GF. The service is friendly and attentive. The locale is a little small and they could probably use a few more tables. We will definitely be back.
Tried their protein waffles and shakes—so good. “The Regular” protein waffles were delicious, perfectly topped, and very satisfying. Great spot for something sweet that still feels clean and filling. Chill atmosphere and friendly service. Definitely coming back.
If you’re hunting for a spot that just gets the vibe, Vibe N Thrive in El Paso is it. This hip little cafe has everything from protein donuts and waffles to acai bowls, smoothies, refreshers, and even protein coffee — plus a solid selection of vegan options. The staff are ridiculously enthusiastic, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. The place has a fun, quirky energy, kind of hipster without trying too hard. The menu is playful but thoughtful, and the quality shows. Sure, it’s a bit pricier for this side of town, but it’s worth it for the experience — a great pit stop if you want something that’s more than just your average coffee run.
Walking up to the cafe i am met with a light aroma of sweetness. Upon opening the door a gentle rush of delicious baked goods engulf my senses. I was greeted so politely and asked if it was my first time, i told them yes and their excitement was reflected in the explanation of the menu for me. I chose the Strawberry Fields energy refresher. The mix of raspberry and strawberry is Absolutely light sweet and refreshing. The atmosphere is serene and calm welcoming me to stay all day.
