Crema's Take

This Coral Springs spot strikes a nice balance between a casual grab-and-go destination and a comfortable place to linger, with genuinely fresh ingredients that shine through in their salads and wraps. While the service can be a bit uneven depending on who's behind the counter, the best visits feature quick, friendly staff who clearly care about quality—just maybe skip the bottled drinks if you were hoping for a fountain option. The recent remodeling is a mixed bag (those yellow lights are definitely a choice), but the clean, family-friendly vibe and reasonable prices keep locals coming back.

Food is great! CS is adequate at best. They did some remodeling of the place and put horrible yellow lights over the food that is right in your line of sight it’s horrible and practically blinding to the point that you can’t even see the menu. I took my daughter here today and we had to leave because she said now her eyes hurt. Whoever idea this was is a complete and utter boneheaded idea. I used to come here regularly at least twice a week now I won’t come here again and I’m sure many will follow suit. Take down these stupid lights it behooves to do so.

Two women working. One doesn’t talk. Ordered salad when they took the cases off the food the scallions looked old and dried out. The lettuce spinach and romaine what she gave me looked old and wet. My husbands salad looked better. Sweet potato soup was good.

Everything looked so good and fresh. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely going to eat here again. The only downside (for me) was no drink machine. You have to buy bottles or cans. Other than that, all thumbs up.

Clean fresh ingredients. Service had little wait time as 2 woman team worked the mid morning of my visit. 1 thing I would note is that while 1 of the young ladies worked in food service gloves, the one cooking crepes/hot station did not. As a health care worker, and noting her natural nails (visibly clean but...) I was grateful for food cooking further after she touched it. Both ladies had long hair but no hair net or visor during food preparation (1 ginger & 1 brunette). My child ordered Build your own crepe. 1 large crepe and 1st three fruits included in pricing. I had the veggie pesto wrap. My only thing is that when all Ingredients chopped with pesto; they release a lot of water. Maybe chopping, straining, then dressing the veggie fillings after to limit excess water dripping from wrap before serving. There was also debate about the bill of previous patron when we walked in, it was loud enough for us to hear. For me its a 50/50 for repeat visit . Would visit again on different day to see if situation and over all service changed.

Kim was great & friendly! Yummy, healthy food! The place is very clean and busy but quick. I got the Caesar salad wrap and it was delicious, reasonable prices too. Although, I ordered again online and they were very skimpy on the steak with my steak quesadilla. One of my quesadilla pieces literally had 1 piece of steak (the steak was an upcharge.) I see other reviews too where they don't give the same service on take out/online orders. I recommend the funky monkey smoothie too.
