David at the Bodo location is phenomenal in his customer service, he has made my day more than once!!
The most amazing coffee I have ever had with the kindest barista and customer service! I am here in Durango on work and wanted to find a local coffee place. I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. I wish every coffee place had the level of customer service that I experienced today with the kindest human being who made my coffee and recommended this brown bear frappe. I got it with oat milk and I could you not I have never had a coffee this good with oat milk in my entire life. I wish I had gotten the individuals name who made my coffee, I hope management sees this finds out who it was and recognizes this person. I was there on 1/7/26 at around 8:30 am! Please consider expanding to eastern Colorado ❤️
Ordered one of their iced featured drinks and they didn’t have the ingredients to make it-which is fine. I had to order something on the fly. Once it came out, the drink was a hot beverage- not what was ordered. The server was quick to shut the window and be done with her only customers. Had to sit in the drive through for a while in order to get someone’s attention to ask for them to make it iced. It took an absurd amount of time for them to just pour the already made drink into a cup of ice. The drink came out way too sweet to even drink and ended up just immediately throwing away. Do not recommend if driving through Durango.
I was in town for a work meeting and stopped by to pick up some pastries. Carly J was very kind and helpful. She had such a great attitude and made sure to ask questions so she could be sure I had what I needed.
Ordered a couple cups of coffee for my coworkers. Didnt know one of them was lactose intolerance until a bit too late. When I asked if it was too late to switch, the young lady told me although everything was already made, she was happy to do a fresh one for me. Thank you for brightening the morning
