I love their coffee, so I will continue to get it here, but 50/50 on the service though. sometimes fantastic, sometimes HORRIBLE. super lazy, unfriendly, dragging their feet around, wearing pajamas, no hello, no good morning, no nothing, just a blank stare. Some of the young ladies are straight up rude. The young men are just obsessed with their phones and act high
You guys are great; the whole concept. I love the huge room with lots of seating and the atmosphere is perfect. I have to say just two negatives: 1) bathrooms are not clean consistently, so much so, that we have turned away and used the bathroom in another neighboring business. Also, just make a mens and womens; you have two bathrooms. Men are messy, toilet seat up all the way to see the grime under the rim, as you walk in is disgusting; also, you have a shower, no big deal, but you keep the curtain open and it is dirty in there. 2) find away PLEASE to put plug in at all of your seating or if you cannot, then most of them. Like figure out a way. Clean bathrooms and plug in are basics for a coffee house in this area. Thank you for the consideration. Please know that I think you are all great and love what you have done. I have left and I know others will not go there, because you do not have plug ins hardly anywhere.
While driving for work, I always pass by here and I finally tried it!! I'm so happy I did; everything was amazing!!🙌 I walk inside and was immediately greeted by your wonderful staff! They were very patient and understanding with my indecisiveness! They were also trying to help, which is very sweet! I wish I would've gotten ya'lls names because ya'll made my day (blonde graduate and brunette with curly hair; I'm sorry for the vague description)!❤️ The environment was great and there's plenty of room for everyone! I got a mocha iced latte with oat milk and a mocha frappe! Both drinks tasted perfect! Very creamy and the perfect ratio of sweet to bitter!😁 I hope to be in the area again because ya'll truly exceeded my expectations!! Thank ya'll for being so kind and talking with me! Even though it was a brief interaction, it felt like I was meeting up with my girls for a coffee date! With the positive attitudes ya'll have, I know ya'll will go far in life! Three service from Jesse was awesome! Our order came quickly. She was wonderful with answering all our questions. We brought our dad and grandson (6yrs old). The atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. They have a table top game library to borrow from with choices for all ages and interests. We played Don't Break the Ice and Rock 'em, Sock 'em Robots. There was also playing cards, Catan, checkers/ chess, and many more.
This place is always perfect, flaky buttery croissants, crispy bacon with real flavor and their lattes are creamy, perfectly sweet and you can taste the espresso! 🥰 One of the few places that can make a really good latte hot or iced! The service is always amazing everyone is so sweet! Today we tried an iced dirty chai - it’s probably my new favorite along with their seasonal lavender Latte with honey, love everything about this place!!!
