I had a very concerning experience at this location around 6:45 PM on [03/01/2026]. I entered the store to purchase lottery tickets and requested a lottery printout. The employee initially assisting me appeared to be new but was polite and genuinely trying to help. She was professional and making an effort. During the interaction, another employee became confrontational instead of assisting. While this was happening, a different staff member instructed her to activate the panic button. Law enforcement arrived shortly after. While the officers were professional, having multiple officers respond to what was simply a customer service disagreement was unnecessary and intimidating. At no time did I threaten anyone or behave aggressively. I was never clearly instructed to leave prior to police arrival, yet I was issued a store-specific trespass warning. It appeared the newer employee lacked proper support and training from other staff present. Situations like this reflect serious concerns about conflict de-escalation and customer service at this location. I have contacted corporate directly and requested a full review of the surveillance footage. I hope Racetrac addresses this matter appropriately and ensures staff are properly trained so no other customer experiences something similar

Pretty with a flat drink or whatever it is the kids say lol🥲 seriously check the C02 guys , would love to stop every day before heading into work but 3x the drink machine has been flat fuuuulllaaaaaaaaaattt.
