Crema's Take

White Rock Coffee has earned devoted regulars who rave about their exceptional lattes and thoughtfully sourced, responsibly roasted beans that appeal to serious espresso enthusiasts and casual coffee lovers alike. The spacious, comfortable setting makes it a genuine third place where you can settle in for hours with your pour over or specialty drink, warmed by the genuinely personable service that keeps people coming back. Fair warning: their quality and popularity mean the drive-through can get backed up, but the slow sit vibes and excellent pastries make the wait worthwhile if you can go inside.

I recently purchased my own espresso machine to make coffee at home and started researching high-quality, responsibly sourced beans. I discovered White Rock and so far I've ordered their North Italian Espresso beans twice. I've now set it up as a regular autoshipment because it's so good! I'm so glad I discovered this coffee company because it perfectly aligns with my taste preferences and the values I look for in the businesses I support.

This has become my favorite must-stop when in the White Rock area. Excellent service, delicious snacks, and the best lattes! I always feel at home here and the service is always personable. They really make you feel like family.

Yea come here if you like sitting in the drive through for over half and hour and watch the line back into the street! Really enjoyed wasting my entire morning for a single cup of coffee. 15 mins per car is WILD. won't be back here again. That's the thing about coffee shops in Dallas. There's always another right around the corner.

I stopped into White Rock Coffee for the first time today and was really impressed. The layout is great — plenty of seating, a comfortable atmosphere for reading and getting work done, and even though it was fairly busy, the noise level stayed relaxed and manageable. The upper loft area is an awesome touch and adds to the cozy vibe. I ordered a drip coffee, which was solid, but the real standout was their homemade cinnamon pop-tart style pastry. Much bigger than anything store-bought and unbelievably delicious — it felt like a throwback to childhood in the best way possible. The staff was friendly, warm, and even handed out samples throughout the morning, which was such a cool customer-focused touch. Overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be back! ☕✨

White Rock Coffee is one of many places in the coffee scene within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and what makes them taste like hometown are three things: authentic hospitality, variety of different drinks and sauces that they make, and most importantly, the way they gave back to the community. I went to visit their original location on Northwest Hwy. conveniently located right next to the Dallas Police Northwest Division. Fun fact: did you know that they have a roastery next to their original location? How amazing! However, that one is by appointment only, so check with them for more details. Shoutout to the White Rock Coffee staff for welcoming us back with open arms, as well as introducing new drinks to us that were of high demand and interest. One, however, that really did catch my eye, was my all time-favorite: the White Rocker, which included two shots of espresso, whole milk, and their signature White Rock syrup. My friend on the other hand, got the Lone Star Latte — chai with a hint of that White Rock syrup that they put in there as well!

Because of their roastery, all of their coffee beans are sourced from local partners and cooked and roasted right here in the heart of Dallas. I’m just really glad that I was able to really catch up with the times that there are, honestly. I’ll definitely be back to visit more whenever I’m in the DFW! Y’all have my support! :)
