Latte Factory

We visited this place specifically to try their croissant 🥐, as it’s something they seem to highlight. However, it appeared that the croissant used was very similar to a Costco croissant, with added toppings or decoration on top. For the price, it felt quite expensive for what was offered, though I will say the taste itself was decent and enjoyable. While at the counter, I noticed a hiring notice posted and casually asked about it. The manager happened to be present and bluntly stated that they were not hiring. I suggested removing the notice to avoid confusion for customers, but he was quite resistant to the idea. The interaction felt a bit awkward and unwelcoming, especially since clear communication goes a long way in customer service. Hopefully, with time and experience, this improves. Overall, the experience was okay—not terrible, but not particularly memorable either. There’s definitely room for improvement.

I ordered a Raspberry Matcha and it was super delicious. 😋 Especially their foam, it's really smooth, creamy and foamy. The foam is still there till the end of your drink. Apart from that, they do sell gift card with a promo, "$25 gift card--a free drink", ideally it's a good deal.

One of my favorite stops in the mall! WAY better than Starbucks and I’m picky on my coffee and the workers are great also!

Located inside the mall. We happen to pass by on our way out of the mall. The gentleman call us over for sample haha. I'm glad he did. We were thirsty and was holding out to get to the restaurant. The watermelon-lemonade was not too sweet and just right. The latte drink was good. If you are thirsty this is a quick stop on your way out.

This place serves the best coffee in Austin; BETTER THAN STARBUCKS!! They do sample of their drinks and their service stands one of major reason to be back, back and forth! I ordered Watermelon Splash and that was freaking goooddddd!!👌❤️
