Crema's Take

Me Oh My My is a charming farmhouse-style spot in LaPorte that brilliantly straddles the line between serious coffee destination and full-service cafe, with espresso drinks that arrive in genuinely massive cups and a reputation for exceptional pot pies and soup-and-sandwich combos that won't break the bank. The vibe is cozy and family-friendly with plenty of nooks for working or lingering, though fair warning: weekend waits can stretch past 20 minutes when the whole town seems to have the same coffee craving. Come for the espresso and locally-minded comfort food, but arrive with patience and lower expectations for their breakfast biscuits, which some regulars say need serious improvement.

I love this place for lunch or just coffee. The ONLY thing I don't like is the wait, especially on weekends. I've waited up to 20-30 minutes just to get a coffee! They should hire more people for the weekends.

The soup and sandwich combos here are incredible and incredibly affordable for a bowl of soup and a half of sandwich (under $12). This place is also famous for their pot pies but I can’t vote on this. My friends however say that it is worth the try. It’s a great place to lounge for a bit, bike racks available, nearby a good biking and hiking trail (Hickory). I’ve also tried the gluten free pecan tart here and the hot chocolate, they were satisfying.

Came in for breakfast. The biscuits & gravy was terrible!!! Biscuits are hard as a rock & burnt! The gravy is so thick it’s not giving B&G vibes. No bueno.

Nice country farmhouse style offering serving breakfast, lunch, coffee/espresso, pie, 4 beers on tap. And alcoholic cocktails. Would recommend on the way to or from the mountains. Back area is a quiet little room with wall art for sale, could be a nice remote work area for a couple hours. They sell whole dessert pies, frozen pot pies, soda/ beverage cans, home made cards, a few packaged ice cream options.

I cannot believe how cute this place is! The pie is delectable, the egg sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is massive, and the staff is so friendly! Lots of places to sit and I can't wait until the summer to enjoy the outdoor seating.
