“The Wind Horse makes a London Fog so mysteriously excellent that regular customers can't replicate it at home no matter how hard they try. Beyond that obsession-worthy tea drink, this Portland spot does excellent breakfast toasties, scones, and quiches in a genuinely comfortable space with cozy armchairs and outdoor seating that makes lingering feel natural. It's the kind of place where the staff remembers you and the pastry case is actually worth the detour.”

Strong matcha and tea selection, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Parking available.
