Crema's Take
“Nestled in Wynwood, The Coffee has carved out a distinctive niche by marrying exceptional espresso craft with creative signature drinks like their celebrated matcha latte with passion fruit, earning consistent praise for some of Miami's best shots. The beautifully designed space doubles as a legitimate study sanctuary where the genuinely welcoming staff (especially Val, according to devoted regulars) make you feel like you belong for hours, striking that rare balance between serious coffee bar and social gathering spot.”

The Coffee is a great addition to the city’s growing coffee scene. The space is immaculate and beautifully designed, fitting perfectly into the Wynwood vibe. Originally from Japan, matcha is clearly a big focus here, though they also offer all the classic coffee options. I had a flat white, which I enjoyed, a solid 4 for my taste. I usually prefer brighter, more acidic coffees, and while this one was good, it wasn’t especially memorable. The omelette on bread, however, was delicious and very well executed. Highly recommended, especially for matcha lovers.
I had a great experience at The Coffee. The place is very pleasant, with a unique and innovative style that really stands out. I tried the matcha latte with passion fruit, and it was absolutely delicious and refreshing. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to work or simply enjoy a drink. I would love to come back very soon to try the pastries.
I absolutely love coming here to get some administrative tasks and studying done! This is one of my top 3 study spots hands down. The staff are amazing, especially Val! She's always super kind, welcoming and accommodating! 10/10 highly recommend.
Drink Review Only - I needed a little pick me up, so I stumbled upon The Coffee and purchased an Iced Americano - three espresso shots with no milk or syrups. I choose not to put in a flavor because I wanted the drink to be refreshing (since it was spicy outside) and to taste the coffee notes. As a result, the coffee was extremely good and fresh. I cannot stand going to a coffee shop, spending good amount of money for the coffee to taste burnt and bitter. This coffee shop interior was dope and was Japandi minimalism with a modern industrial shell. I loved the clean line, light wood, and natural colors, very easy and the eyes and makes you want to study or have a nice meeting because it provided calming vibes. I am minimalist and this places was glorious!! Overall, the coffee was amazing, the coffee shop is gorgeous, and the service was amazing. The barista was very nice and full of smiles. The pricing on the coffee was reasonable, especially with it being in a touristy area.
I guess that’s THE coffee place we have been expecting for a long time (or is that just me?…) Probably one of the best espresso shots I’ve had in Miami (and it says it all) I had to try their Matcha Latte and I was equally pleased, and their avocado toast with those two poached eggs on top was to die for I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, with soft music, slightly off the crazy busy 2nd Ave Looks like you’re going to find me here often 🤩
