“Rubinstein makes legitimately good bagels—crispy exterior, proper chew, fresh toppings—and their breakfast sandwiches are solid enough that regulars come back for them, but the 3.7 rating reflects real inconsistency: hours are unpredictable (people show up to find them closed mid-day), service can be spotty, and it feels more like a grab-and-go spot than a destination. If you're in Capitol Hill and they're actually open, the bagels are worth stopping in for; just don't plan your morning around it.”

Clean quiet store. Counter worker was really nice, Had a cinnamon raisin, and my friend had a rosemary. We’re good- nothing too fancy. I was pleasantly surprised w the rosemary salt one. It was really good!
